Avacado Salad – Impeccable Iftar Salad 2

This one is a healthier option against the usual creamy mayo based salads I love having.


  • Half an avacado pureed or just mashed
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Lemon juice

Toss the following on a large bowl and combine in the dressing:

1 and 1/2 avacado cubed and refridgerated
1/2 a red bell pepper deseeded, deveined and cut in to cubes
1/2 a yellow bell pepper
1 cup Macarooni / red beans
Black olives (sliced) 1/2 cup

Serve cold!
