These are great to deal with post meal sweet cravings and they are just as guilt free as extra fat free. The calories are relatively lower but aint Zero of course. They are yum and you can use milk chocolate, semi sweet, dark or extra coco extra dark as your prefence goes.
You will need just 2 simple ingredients and they are:
4 tblsp each of the following all chopped:
1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for few minutes or double boil untill melted completely
2. While still hot pour 1 tblsp full of chocolate dollops on parchment or cookie sheets laid over a tray
3. Immediately sprinkle with mix dried fruits and nuts
4. Cool for half hour in the refrigerator or just let it lay on the table at room temperature and in no time you will have it gone!!! Enjoy!!
