Assuming you missed my “About Me” section, I am a Psychology Graduate with working experience in HR particularly in recruitment, employee engagement and training and development. I have major interest in interviewing people, assessing them and hiring them. Throughout my career I have interviewed more than 1000 applicants and each one with a different personality, different take on life and skill levels and everything else for that matter.
